Sometimes
it seems like an uphill battle trying to get back into shape. But there really
is something to spinning those low gears to build your aerobic base and aerobic
endurance. I'm still riding the
rollers without any resistance from the headwind unit. I'm trying to get my MAX
RPM up over 160 as this makes it easier, well seemingly, to spin at the 100+
rpm. |
