Workouts 41 - 50
Spring is here and so are the end
of the workouts. You should now have a strong base and maybe one month of
building muscle endurance. If you've made it this far congratulations. Of course
if you've made it this far you know how valuable these workouts are. Now you can go
outside and let your engine roar.
I'm still on the rollers but I've
been opening up the headwind unit for a killer workout. After I finished all the
workouts I go back to Workout 17 and start all over again but this time I'm on
the CompuTrainer. On the CompuTrainer I can do the workout and use watts along
with RPM and gearing to provide intense workouts.
