Workouts 33 - 40
Spring is just around the corner.
You've been working your tail off building your base and the end is just in
sight. In some of these workouts it certainly will feel like you're pushing a
big gear and pumping the watts. Well you will be.
I'm got the headwind up opened up a
little more. The workouts are far from being easy. I can feel the strength in my
legs from doing these workouts for the past three months.
