Workouts 25 - 32
The days are getting longer now and
the itch to be outside is pretty strong. You've spent the past couple of months
building your base and maybe now is the time to start working on that muscle
endurance.
I'm still on the rollers. I'll open
the resistance on the headwind unit a little now. I'll be starting my 4th base
period for cycling but I like a big strong base to build off of.
