Workouts 1 - 8

The program suggests starting in December. I've always started in November after I've had October off.

I've always started here with Workout #1 to start rebuilding my base. Workout #2 always seems hard at this time of year but I don't let it bother me.

I do these workouts on my rollers with no resistance from the headwind unit. I'm just getting the legs use to going around smoothly and back up a the higher cadences.
